Booking and transport data
When you request or make a booking, we may collect:

your first and last name;
email address and telephone number;
pickup and destination addresses;
pickup date and time;
flight number and flight details, where relevant;
number of passengers, luggage information and selected vehicle;
return-transfer details, stops and waypoints;
special requirements, including child seats and mobility or accessibility information;
booking or reservation number;
price, selected payment method and payment status;
messages, instructions and other information you provide in connection with the journey.
Contact data
When you contact us by form, email, telephone or another communication channel, we process the contact details you provide and the content of your enquiry, including any attachments.

Billing and payment data
If you request an invoice, we may collect your name, residential or business address, company name, tax identification number and other information required to issue and account for the invoice.

Depending on the method offered during booking, payments may be made by payment card, PayPal, bank transfer or directly to the driver. Online payments are processed by the selected payment service provider. We receive information needed to confirm the payment, such as its status, amount and transaction reference, but we do not store your full payment-card number or security code.

Technical and usage data
When you use the website, our systems and service providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, date and time of access, requested pages, referring page, error logs and cookie identifiers. This information is used to operate, secure and troubleshoot the website and, where you have given the required consent, to measure how it is used.

If you do not provide the necessary information, we may be unable to accept or complete the booking. Invoice data are required only if you request an invoice. Other information is voluntary unless it is necessary for the particular journey or required by law.

Please do not provide sensitive personal data unless it is genuinely necessary for the safe performance of the service. If you tell us about accessibility or health-related needs, we will use that information only to arrange suitable transport and assistance.

5. Who receives your personal data?
We disclose personal data only where necessary and only to the extent required for the relevant purpose. Recipients may include:

drivers and transport subcontractors assigned to perform your journey;
website hosting, email, IT support and booking-system providers;
payment service providers, banks and card-processing partners;
accountants, tax advisers, legal advisers and insurers;

A driver receives only the information reasonably necessary to perform the journey, such as the passenger’s name, telephone number, pickup time, route, flight details and operational instructions.

6. Third-party services
Google Maps and address search
The booking system may use Google Maps Platform services to display maps, calculate routes and assist with address entry. When these services are loaded, Google may receive technical information including your IP address, device information and requests made to the mapping service. Google reCAPTCHA
Forms on the website may be protected by Google reCAPTCHA to prevent spam and abuse. reCAPTCHA may process technical and interaction data in order to determine whether a form is being used by a person or an automated system. Its use is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Google Terms of Service.

Online payment providers
If you choose an online payment method, you may be redirected to, or interact with, the relevant payment provider’s secure environment. The provider processes payment and anti-fraud information as an independent controller or processor in accordance with its own privacy notice. 7. Transfers of data outside the European Economic Area

8. How long we retain personal data

general enquiries are normally deleted or anonymised when they are no longer needed, unless they lead to a booking or must be retained for legal reasons;

data processed on the basis of consent are retained until the consent is withdrawn or the stated purpose ends, whichever occurs first.
Retention may be extended where this is required by law, a dispute is pending or preservation is necessary to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.

We do not use your personal data to make solely automated decisions that produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect you. Payment providers may carry out their own automated fraud and security checks under their respective policies.

Our website and booking services are not directed at children making bookings independently. Where information about a child passenger is necessary, it should be provided by a parent, legal guardian or another authorised adult and limited to what is required to provide the transport safely.
